Re-using perlite

I'm ready to innoculate 23 quart jars with Micron magic filters. (1 broke) I still have perlite in a chamber from last time i did this. I havent been treating it at all for about 3 months. Can i still use this? should i over bake it dry? can i just use water with no perlite? or do i have to use new perlite? I'm just asking cause i 'm not sure if i have enough perlite and i dont wana run to the store. I wont be innoculating till tomarrow morning.
