ive got one of those old style cookers with no pressure gauge on it... are they preset to vent at a set pressure??
this is my first try at mushies... and i dont want to reduce my kitchen doing it.....

The pc's with jiggler weights are set to vent at either 10 psi or 15 psi. Usually 15.
