I cannot find suitable jars for the PFtek method anywhere around me. Where do you get these things? Wal-Mart, Kroger, and K-Mart have no canning supplies whatsoever here. Thanks!

I believe there are some online vendors for 1/2 pint wide mouth jars. You ought to check http://www.mycosupply.com I know they have some jars that are suitable, I just don't remember the size.

Try the big hardware store chains, also AGWAY always has them.
