What went wrong??

Okay, i was going to birth my cakes today and case them. I was sterilizing some verm. in Reynolds oven bags in a PC. When the time was up and the PC was cool, i opened it up and somehow the water in the PC got into the bag of verm. and it was all soaked!! I don't know how this happened cuz i sealed the bag VERY well. Anyhow, i was wondering if i could just bake this verm. (tommorrow) until it was considerably drier and still use it to case. Would there be a problem w/that as far as contams. go??

Or you can just squeeze out the excess water until it is just right and case with it.

It's pretty soaking wet.....i think it will need baked.
