Hey. So i read all the casing FAQs and TEKS and I think i remeber one of them saying that if there were big patches of white mycelium to cover them with a little bit of casing material, in order to make the whole thing more evenly spread. Is this correct?

Should I cover the big patches of white mycelium that have popped up with casing in order to let it all mature evenly, at once, or should I just let it be?
I think im beggining to see pins, which is why I ask
