Don't eat the cake if there's vermiculite in it. What I did is soak the cakes in hot/warm water and drink the 'tea'.

read the tek on how to mix colonized cake with cranberry juice to trip. it's on the shroomery under "growing shrooms" and then i think under "miscellaneous documents"

Nice, relaxing, sort of intoxicating,just a little bit short of a trip,good feeling.Then 2 days of constipation from the vermiculite.Enjoy my friend!

dont forget the gritty like texture verm. has, kinda like sandpaper...ouch.
