How's this poo casing doing?

I'd just like to make sure that this poo casing isn't dying. Before I spawned (via popcorn) I was worried that the poo wasn't leeched properly, but I imagine it was fine as the poo fully colonized. After being cased, mycelium began popping through the casing layer rather quickly, and there was a hypae explosion. Since then, however, its just sort of sat there for a few days. The casing was cold shocked last night and as you can see, there's one pin near the upper right, but not much else.
One of the reasons I'm worried is that I previously had a popcorn-only (no poo) casing of the same size that got about this far along and then just didn't do anything... produced maybe 10 fruits over 3 flushes, though there was no real consistent flush...
Is there anything I should do to assist growth? It's hard for me to tell whether the casing is too wet/dry... I don't want to overwater (there's usually fine condensation on the casing), but I don't want it to dry out.
I apologize for the size of the pic, but I don't have anything to resize the image on this computer as there was recently a fresh install. I'll fix it by tomorrow noontime.

The casing is fine. It's a little overlaid, but it should produce a heavy flush anyway if you provide the right conditions. The casing needs to be real moist but not drippy. Keep it that way and keep the RH 95-100% up to the pins. Once you see pins, you can drop it to 90-95% to develop them out or you can just leave it up there; in my experience, it really doesn't matter too much.

Overlaid? In the spots where it's a bit brighter, I suppose? Hmm... wonder how that happened... it doesn't feel too tough or anything, though I guess denser than regular mycelium...
I see one pin... I just hope this doesn't sit here...

Overlay is the growth of mycelium on the surface of the casing to a hard mat that doesn't allow water to penetrate. You aren't really there yet, but it won't be too long if you don't get the vegetive growth to stop. Stop watering the casing and keep it in the fruiter.
A casing is really only effective if the mycelium colonizes through but not completely over the top of it. That allows spots to absorb water, store water, and deliver as needed to the mycelium running through the casing bulk, especially during a heavy flush when lots of water is needed most.

Yeah, its been in the terrarium and I haven't been misting too much. It's a PMP though, so the RH is high.

There are now a few pins, but not the sort of explosion that there should be, which I've experienced even with plain old BRF... what sort of factors are involved in this semi-failure? Some of these pins may just be developing way ahead of others, so I don't want to rule the whoel thing out, but given the regular sucess people have with horse poo, I wonder what I've done wrong... I assume it was leeched properly since all the poo colonized...

That pic doesn't look overlaid, but fruit it now for better flush. It is nice and even though, nice work.

Oi, it's a piece of shit, fruiting sporadically... no 'explosion' of pins, small fruits...
