i dont cook with recipes, i just get a good idea of whats in the dish and dish it up, ya know. im good friends with the owners of a fancy ass chinese place. he lets me in on some dishes. so good.

i can tell yo how to cook it if you are really interested, its really good and i perfer it super spicy but that can be altered.

When I first started cooking I used to do the same thing. Thing was, I was turning out to be a pretty darned good cook, friends and family would allwayd end up dropping buy arround supertime when they heard that I was doing the cooking that evening.

So I started writing them down. I think by doing so it has made me a better cook.
