sub variation(pics)

These were found today in the grass they appear to be a variation on Panaeolus subbalteatus, however, it could be a new species or evolving species because it is known that under the grass, cowshit compost exist. Also, the margins on subs generally aren't translucent striate.

Does look like a Pan Sub variety but I think they are found more often in the summer. I think I have also seen those too, but all those lawn mushrooms get too confusing. I wanna find some Lib's.
