Hey everyone , today blew my mind.. after months of hunting (this is my first year hunting) i finally hit the jackpot
Location = Ga/Tn border... Dalton
Can u believe this many from this far north in Ga
And the sizes of some of them.. heck most of them
Sorry u guys this should probably be in the Cubensis finds in southeast thread.. but this was my very first find like this and i was so excited i had to share with everyone.... Still can't believe i found this many this far north... had to represent for us up here in north Ga.. You guys in FL aren't the only lucky ones :P lol

i think its all in the field u choose too.. cuz i been goin to 3 fields right around my house.. for months.. been eyeing one up the road waiting for rain.. and finally walked up there... the diff in that field and the other 3 is the grass and amount of cow grazing.. was high ass burmuda grass that had been trampled down by cows so all the shrooms were visable.. the other 3 fields were regular lawn meadow type grass kinda short

DAMN.. just weighed my 3 biggest.. with digitals.. 66 72 and 74 grams lol.. 15 or so more that look only 20 grams smaller than that

I'm sure someone will say something about the wrong forum for that question, but since I'm here I might as well tell you my experience. I haven't bought mushrooms since high school, but back then it was usually between $20-$35 per EIGHTH (3.5 grams). I've heard of people selling by the gram, but never actually came across anyone who did. In towns where kids were richer, I know people have gotten away with charging $40 or $45 per eighth. I know someone is gonna say that's a rip-off (and it is) or that no one pays that much, but it happens, mostly to rich suburbanites who don't know any better or just don't care because it's probably their parents' money anyway.

The season hasnt been shit here.(south La.) I was all excited for cindy but it went the wrong way. No telling when it will be wet enough to pick here. I will be waiting for that day.

Did a second walk of the field this morning.. Got another decent harvest.. cubes everywhere.. coulda got more but was raining and bulls chasing me... figures my field would have 3 bulls and a small field at that..
Left = Todays harvest ... Right = 2 days ago ready to Store
More of todays harvest...
More of the Drying ones
Damn amazing again this far north lol..
Stupid Bulls.... LOL
