The first one is a bolete. Judging from the profound reticulation on the stem, I think it is Boletus frostii.
My first thought on the second one was Laetiporus sulfureus, the chicken mushroom. They are usually bright yellow and orange, but I once found a large salmon colored specimen in Arkansas which closely resembles the mushroom in your photo.
But, after taking a closer look, I think your mushroom is actually Bondarzewia berkeleyi.
