maybe read the art of happiness
every you do, be positive. dont listen to angry, harsh music dont eat shit food dont hang out with cynical and petty people
talk to strangers smile spend time outside wake up early
just change your attitude to the positive side
oh, and travel.
life isnt going to make you happy you have to make life happy. you are the creator.

I've had some of the same problems. You mentioned srri's...I recently added wellbutrin to my daily, lackluster dose of zoloft (srri). They said "its a good combo" And its true, I feel far more ballanced than I have in a long time..infinitely better than srris alone. Some people have weird brain chemistry

It seems that ultimately, the best way to combat depression, besides the previous mentioned healthy food / exercise, is to change your surroundings, lifestyle, and ultimately your attitude about the way you think. While it seems impossible to leave behind my depressive thought patterns, I can brainwash myself into converting this thought into acceptance of eternal disconsolatation, "positive" attitude, and kindness towards others (though many think I'm a complete jerk). All of this seems far more applicable than changing my brain chemistry with SSRI's, antipsychotics, benzos, and whathever non-breakfast pills doctors say will do the trick.
I may be depressed and hate the "life" forced upon me, but I don't have to be miserable. I still feel extremely "fucked up in the head" though.
Anyone else care to share thoughts on this?

Sadly I still have nothing improved.
Enter, your statement from Ecclesiastes 1:18 seems applicable. "For in much wisdom is much grief, And he who increases knowledge increases sorrow."

Here is what worked for me: But most of all finding a cure (myself) doctors/dentists etc did jack shizit about tmj.
But for depression only, not psychical pain try this which helped me, but the pain i had before made me depressed.
Do things you like most of all. Try some new hobbies, talk/hang out with a friend every other day...have a party....play games, basketball, ping pong, card games, read a book about psychedelics or anything you like in the sunshine with some lemon aid or whatever you like...smoke a cigar....play video games...draw...paint....buy a dog....take it for walks....go for walks....have a garden...put plants in your room will help,,,, possibly
smoke marijuana daily when you wake up....try satvia as it doesn't burn you out like indicas.......i also love metal detecting, going to the beach walking my dog there, meet new people with dogs or people that come up to you....fish at the beach...clam at the beach...catch bait in low tide....get oysters, crabs, shrimp, with traps....
that's it.......for now....the list is endless...the key is having a mind that has free thoughts then you can come up with some many hobbies you couldn't do them in a lifetime...unless you're immortal....heehaw
HOPE THIS HELPS EVERYONE, IF NOT DEPRESSION MORE HOBBIES!
later let the sun shine shine on my brothers and sisters glory happiness will follow just try and the sun will shine through the gray clouds, we will all be pain/depression free having a good time for eternity one day......this life is nothing compared to what will happen... so don't worry too much.. see-ya ;]

Try a B complex with additional b3 and b6, both essential for nerves, brain parasites, and all the rest. My boy was taking st j's , fish oils, spiriluna, vit c., zinc, and a few others, but nopthing helped unitl he started taking the extra b's. Worth a shot i say, Make the change ,overall, u are in control of your brain

Yeah, I've been trying multivitamins... I just bought an all "natural" one with tons of various B vitamins as opposed to the one I previously took which consisted of many unnatural chemicals such as coloring and also vitamins of unnatrual orgin presumably.
Nothing seems to work. I literally feel like I'm spinning around vertically. What the fuck is wrong iwth me?
