I like the new look but what happened to the Nav Bar? You used to be able to be able to go into the BBs from the main page. I see the Image map and the community link but now one has to click the community link, then the BB link.

I can't speak for everyone but I do like coming to the main page first before the BB but really its kinda annoying having to take an extra couple steps to get where I am going everytime.

Just some friendly feedback

Hey,

I left the nav bar off the main page since we had received feedback that it was confusing to have two different nav elements which did the same thing. There actually is a link directly to the message board, in the lower left of the image map. However, if people want it, it would be very simple to add the nav bar back. Comments?

I was so busy look for the nav bar I missed the BB link

I guess really it all depends on where people go on the site, if the nav bar was hard for some to figure out then perhaps this is best

i agree with WCR.. but thats jus my opinion. I think its easier to have 2 ways.. so its easier for new folk to find their way around. as it stands i would have found it much harder to find the message board link on the new layout

New look's too sleek, I think. Doesn't seem to reflect the mushroom experience. If I didn't have my glasses on, I'd have supposed that it was the index page for a hot new London night club. Ah well, whatever.

i prefer not having the cluster as  the logo-

when not at home, there's times when i'd like it to look like the index page for a hot new London night club.:twirlyface:
