My friend is converting to autoclavable filter bags from mycosupply and rye berries. My questions are:
1. How much of a ratio of water to rye?
2. Ive heard rye swells up when pcooked how much?
3. Should I pc the rye and water together instead of steeping?
4. Is steeping better?
5. how long to steep?
6. How long do I pcook them for?
7. For inoculating Im going to use honey water should I use a cake instead and how many cc's does everyone reccomend?
8. How much rye can fit in a bag?
9. When innoculating should I just tape the hole or should I use the sealer?
10. Should I seal bags before or after pcooking
11. Does coco fiber do well for rye?
12. Is there anything I should add to coco fiber to increase yeild?
