CD/DVD Burner will not burn at full speed
    #4361936 - 07/02/05 02:29 AM (12 years, 1 month ago)

I have tried everything, but I can not get it to burn at a reasonable speed. I've tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the drivers, to no avail.

When the cd or dvd is burning, the buffer jumps all over the place. I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to do that.

It is an external drive. I've tried Nero, DVDShrink (w/ Nero), and DVD Decryptor.

Are you sure its connected at 2.0 and not 1.1?

Try a different usb port.
