identify..

In the woods today, i found a shroom growing off the stump of an old tree. This shroom has a white hollow stem, a smooth brownish cap, and brown gills. The gills darkened to a very dark brown after picked, so did the edges of the cap. heres the pics..

It's either a Coprinus or a Psathyrella. If it's a Coprinus the gills will soon melt into a black goo. Neither genus contains active species.
