No, this is a still air glove box. If you have any sort of pressurized glovebox, you need to make sure the filter is top notch HEPA...with a still air, the filter can be a regular cheap one. Airflow is the biggest problems for contams. With no airflow, everything settles and no problems..

I don't use gloves. I did shave my arms though which may have been unnecisary, then rub with alcohol.
how about those black peices for covering the holes. What are they? I assume the plumbing section, but havn't seen them. do they thread on or snap.

I like it, but it is not a glove box, its just a box  I could see it doubling up as a fruiting chamber too, screwing filters onto the arm holes.

nice, i have one just like it (just a little cheaper and tackier with a crappy wintow that i need change).
i built it last month for my new shiitake project. so far, its worked like a charm.

they are 4" pvc plugs that screw(so they are threaded) into the 4" pvc fittings that are shown in the pictures.
I got them at Home Depot in the pvc fitting section of plumbing.

FYI if anyone is interested using a still air GB combined with the ionizing air purifiers will give you an ultra clean environment for transfers. I recommend this one as it uses no fan (bad) Here it is again Aspen Air Ionizer.
