There really isnt much info on this. Apparently you are supposed to make "tabacco" out of it and smoke it to induce vivid dreams.

I dunno about all that but I have one that I keep with me 24/7, supposed to be good luck.

I would love to know how to cultivate these amazingly large beans. I`m sure that would make one very interesting plant.

Oh,hang on a minute all that rings a bell...Do the beans sometimes wash ashore, meaning transported by sea ? I think i saw some statement like that on a vendor and it struck me as "nice and wow-ish nature fact" but i forgot the name... If it is then the beans must be quite large, large like "you shouldnt throw it on people's heads" large

I think you are talking about the Dream herb.
The right name is Entada rheedii.

When one thinks of the dream herb I would think that Calea Zacatechichi comes to mind. This is often refered to as "The African Dream Herb"

Hi!

Seems to be very little information about entada rheedi out there, but anyone knows anything about SSRIs and Entada Rheedi? Or what is your opinion about the combination? Anywhere else I should ask?

And also, I tried to germinate one seed, but it didn't work out. anyone tried? Seems like noone knows much about it, but maybe worth asking.

Thanks
Celestica

I didn't mind this bump. It got me fingering through my books hoping to find something useful. It didn't.

Can't even find the active alkaloids for this. Just lists "essential oils up to 18%". Cool. But which ones???

@Celestica: I would refrain from mixing any psychedelics with SSRI's. They usually diminish the effects or dampen them completely. Until I know more about the plant I can't be of much help.

Hi!

Thanks for you trying to help anyway!(: Appreciated

Yeah. I know. But you know, I've been on them forever and can't really see an ending of it either. So what should you do, a lifetime without tripping? By the way, I'm quite mentaly stable for quite some time now.

Regards
Celestica

I already grew one, scarification of the seed will help... It grows like CRAZY (like 1m a day !!) at first and makes an interesting plant, but mine died certainly due to lack of nutrients and water (it was in a small pot, in front of a window when I still was at my parent's home maybe 10 years ago) good luck with the beast !!

Anyone know how long this plant takes to generate the first pod?
