to cover or not to cover
    #4349990 - 06/29/05 11:37 AM (12 years, 3 months ago)

ok so here's the deal. i'm a newbie cultivator and my first batch ever is in casing, it has been in the closet for 7 days so it is time to take them out. if it matters they are hautulas and south americans. anyway there is some contamination in the form of green mold on the hautulas, i plan to either cut that section out or try the h202+h20 method (or both). i'm not sure if i should just leave the covers off all the time or if i should limit the amount of time i have the covers off. the cover to my casing is clear, and i've seen a few instances in which people would drape a trash bag over the top for most of the day. does anyone leave their covers on during the fruiting or should i leave them off?

if your caseings are in a fruiting chamber then keep the cover off. if you are doing a "bulk neglect" then you are going to need a clear plastic sheet to cover with. in case you don't know what a bulk neglect is... click here to veiw it
