If you continue to crumble you may cause undue stress on the mycelium. It is only recommended to crumble or shake one time. I have had jars that never recover after only one shake. Now that you have already crumbled your myco bag, leave it be until it's fully colonized.

I totally agree. i have some jars of south american that were damaged after one shakeing so watch out.
