The meditative, soothing quality of drum beats -Shamanic Dream
    #4341779 - 06/27/05 05:29 AM (12 years, 9 months ago)

I first bought Shamanic Dream when I was experimenting with Ayahuasca 9 months or so ago.  I haven't listened to it since then, and just put it inside my cd player.  I can't get enough of this...it's amazing how good I feel.  I was high already from weed, but the drum beats and rhythms really took it up to another level.  It's great, hope someone else who is into drum music can get something out of this.

i strongly advise you to get

Tabala Beat Science & KODO

the first being an incredible journey into sound and the second
is an outstanding japanese "orchestra" formed by drummers.
i bet you will love them both

I'm listening to the same CD again...this is hysterical, I feel so light and giggly inside, there is just something so uplifting and reassuring about drumbeats. I keep feeling like there are people all around me, watching me, as though the room is filled.

THanks for the recommendations guys, I'll definitely be purchasing more CD's like this. I feel like I've been missing out!
