hey
i prepared the rye; letting it sit for roughly 30 hours soaking.
i have 3 quart jars made all tyvek'ed up.
however i cant pressure cook them until tommorow.
now last time i used rye it got fermented and ruined....
will letting it sit over night ruin it or should it be good?

It should smell nasty as all hell before you PC it, thats not a problem.

The problem youll have to watch for is germination. Chances are youll see the rye sprouted tomorrow. Get it PCed as soon as you possibly can. It will probably work ok...but theres no guarentees.

well if you have not simmered it i would because if you are going to fruit with it you want the grains to hold as much water as possible a light 30 minute simmer will go a long way in helping your flushes your grains should be fine as long as you simmer and pc them tommorow

That is a good suggestion, simmering rye is wanted for fruiting off it IME, plus youll have a better chance of stopping germination.
