at the dose your talking you shouldnt be concerned at all, like you im not a very social person and when tripping often feel overwhelmed by the social presure one encounters, so i almost always trip by my self and find it personally rewarding. going out into public in my opinion is a waste of shrooms, peaple and there citys are very depressing to me, plus i usally cant walk to well, they make me very staggery. i dont ever have peaple come over to "sit in" with me i feel it changes to mood, but if your dosing high and that would make you more comfortable it probally wouldnt hurt. well good luck however you decide to go, but stay with shrooms they teach you things about yourself and nature. by the way i LOVE being out in nature, the woods feilds anything is great.

I would never recommend tripping solo, ever. I, too, am not much of a social person, but I have friends who are just like me and I feel very connected in their presence. Even if it is a low dose, bad thoughts can occur, and you can freak out. If, however, you are determined to trip solo, Erowid has a great guide for the solo tripper. It's called The Psychedelic Guide (not to be confused with Timothy Leary's book) or something along those lines. It suggests things like painting, drawing, playing instruments, etc. And if you do trip solo, I would suggest perhaps notifying a close friend in advance and having him come over or call to check up on you ever hour or two. Good luck man and be careful.

I've never had a non-solo trip of more than 17.5 fresh grams. My solo trips have gone up to 30 fresh grams (or 10 grams Cyans) and I've always found them enjoyable or interesting. I would personally reccomend being somewhere comfortable where you won't need to do too much moving around, I wouldn't even contemplate trying to use public transport during a trip. I planned my first intense solo trip really well, making sure I had nothing that I needed to do for the following days, and lay in my room in the dark listening to music for about five hours. It was an awesome experience.

I much prefer tripping solo. Even if you were to have a bad trip, it will only last a few hours and you will probly learn from it. My only bad trip was the one I learned the most from.

do whatevert you feel like doing, but I suggest you don't go out in public. Chill out at home or go for a walk in nature, both will be wonderfull

tripping solo is a lot different from tripping with other people. i like to mix it up. higher doses when i'm by myself, lower with other people. you'll be fine eating 2.5 grams by yourself. just make sure you dont have anything to worry about like someone coming over that you dont want to know you're tripping. it's not easy to plan trips, if you just eat the mushrooms you'll decide what you want to do with yourself then. whenever i say i'm gonna trip and do this and that, i never feel like it during the trip, i can very easily find something else to do.

Tripping solo, and tripping with a group of people you are comfortable with are two completely different experiences in my opinion. Solo trips seem to go much further down the rabbit hole in certain aspects. When you don't have external influences to ground you (other people, distractions), you'll find that certain attributes of your journey will intensify 10x. The same goes with tripping around people, different angles of the mushroom world that you wouldn't see otherwise will present themselves to you.
It's hard to recommend one over the other, I like them both. Tripping with people is where it's at overall, but if you can't find the company of decent people, then solo tripping it is. Solo tripping can be very rewarding, and that's just the icing on the cake.
