Three weeks ago I went hunting for the first time here in Florida. I found about 15 shrooms in all , and since I hadn't hunted in about 20 years I was not exactly sure what to be looking for. I also thought I might have a heart attack out there and really rushed. I posted photos of these and was never really sure what they were. They did not look like this mushroom . I took some pieces of dried cow manure around the few that I found and brought them home in put them in a shady area in my landscaping by my house.

a. Habitat (where [Florida, Southwesty] Dry Cow Manure in a pasture relocated to Pine straw landscaping
b. Characteristics of the gills (brown, adnexed gills
c. Measurements of cap and stem. 1/4" w x 1/4"h (sorry can't find measureing tape)
d. Characteristics of the stem ( Stem is 1" white, thin , bluing toward bottom
e. Characteristics of the cap (the color started out white two days ago and it has now faded to pale blue green Hemishreric cap.,
f. Spore print color (very important!) Don't know -- haven't picked it
g. Color that the mushroom bruises Blue
h. Scent of mushroom --none detected

When should I pick them? Is it worth it to dry and see if more come out of this?

Nice find! You can use the that piece of dung to grow more of them. When you use a field cow pie, the humidity has to be @ 95-100rh. I've done it many times. But it ani't easy...
