I have tired it 3 times so far and each time taken only 50mg's and had a good time, just make sure u dont eat before u take it and dont be sick and also be prepared for 12hrs of trippin.. Have fun

have something to chew on... the clinching did not bother me that much, but i wanted to be constantly chewing on something... also, for me, it is best to be outdoors...
and, of course, be prepared to not sleep for a long long time...
