someone found my wallet...
    #4332793 - 06/24/05 02:35 PM (18 years, 9 months ago)

it was stolen a couple of days ago at a train station. I only had 6 dollars, my ticket and some IDs. Today, someone called when I wasn't there and said they had it. From what they said "if he wants to have his wallet back, have him call me"

Sounds like the thief is calling me for money.. If it was found at a train station, they would have given it to the people there ( it was a main one with lots of .. uniformed people.. and stuff ). Then again, maybe I'm wrong?

I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and just call up seeing if you can get it back. Are you of legal drinking age? Offer to buy them a beer for returning it. Don't go into it all suspicious.

Just call and if they act funny, tell them that they fucked with wrong person and hang up,(Only if they ask for money or something.) That should get them worried, who know they might give the wallet to lost and found or something.

Well you seem to be pretty young, throw in that your dad works for some agency or something.

If they ask for money say something like "man, come on there was six bucks in my wallet. You think I have any money?"

yea, plus you have there phone number, and that can find out where they live, you could just call the cops, WITHOUT warning them, and go pick it up.. just get as much info as possible...

I doubt they are trying to hold some ransom for your wallet man. Don't fret just call up and as onemorerobot suggested offer to give them the six bucks in your wallet to buy a 6 pack with.

"in times of widespread chaos and confusion, it has been the duty of more advanced human beings - artists, scientists, clowns, and philosophers - to create order. In such times as ours however, when there is too much order, too much m management, too much programming and control, it becomes the duty of superior men and women and women to fling their favorite monkey wrenches into the machinery. To relieve the repression of the human spirit, they must sow doubt and disruption"
