For the tan ones off poo, Do they stain any colour when brused, specifically blue, and can you get a sporeprint off them? More info would be helpful, try and fill in the following:
A. Habitat (where [state/province/country] and what does it grow on) B. Characteristics of the gills (color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc) C. Measurements of cap and stem. D. Characteristics of the stem (color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc) E. Characteristics of the cap (color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc) F. Spore print color (very important!) G. Color that the mushroom bruises H. Scent of mushroom
this will help provide an ccurate id

Your right about them not looking quite right, i feel the same thats why i've been a bit cautious in attempting to confirm. Alot of the features match perfectly though, the blue stain, the location, growing out of bovine manure, and it seems there are some dark spore deposits on the stipe in one of your pics. The cap chareteristics just look a bit funky. The red one you'll deff need more info on. Either way, def wait for other replies, i don't get to see many wild actives up north here.

I don't see any real bluing in the pics, and like you say they don't really look like cubes. Is the staining easily noticed and surely blue, without speculation?

mskip23, the ones in your first two pictures are Psilocybe cubensis.
the one in your third and fourth pictures is probably not Psilocybe cubensis.

I agree ^^
The first specimens are a gorgeous example of Psilocybe cubensis, i would get some spore prints of those. Good luck with the pink capped ones... Agaricus?
