Once pins form, what temp? What's going wrong with this grow?

What is the ideal temp once pins form? The temp is about 14 degrees cooler than the incubation temp...around 72. Pinning is going on, so should the temps be raised to around 80 or more to let them grow faster? They seem to be growing slowly and are thin...
the log http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/4208261/an/0/page/0
more pics from today will be added later...the pins in the cases are a tiny bit bigger, and thinning as they grow.
Also, on the gladware case, there are TONS of little pinheads that are not growing at all.
It is about 72 in there, not sure of humidity but thought of putting perlite in the bottom of the container to wick up the moisture into the air.
It's fanned a few times a day (5-7), and has a 60W flourescent light directly above it for 8-12 hours a day.

It looks like you're using very small containers to spawn poo too, is that right? Kind of defeats the purpose of using horse poo if you ask me. To get big, healthly flushes you need a large nutritional base to draw from. An inch or two of substrate in a small container just isn't going to hack it. That's my guess as to why you're getting tiny, thin mushrooms.
Temp is fine, I'd let them fruit at 72 over 80.

keep the same temp going 72-75 will be prime for fruiting. have you been misting at all after fanning? are there any holes in your tub stuffed with polyfil for some fresh air exchange? man did you ever harvest those others way too soon. they would have got to be much bigger probably. i haven't used perlite with my casings, just misting a couple times a day and have 4 1" holes to aid air exchange. an air pump is being used into a 24oz. soda bottle of water to help with rh and exchanges as well. letting it run 24/7, no probs yet. good luck to ya peace

those ones that were harvested had dropped veils...you could see into the cap with the gills...they had been growing about 7 days only to get that big...
the log is updated just now with today's pics
there are no holes for air exchange, but it gets fanned half a dozen times per day and is misted a couple of times a day...not directly onto the casings of course.
