Yeah, I'd have to say also that that's mycelium. IME, when it comes to contams, if there's a question in your mind then the answer is no. Especially in the colonization process. I remember when I birthed my jars I freaked out at first because they all had blueish/green spots on them, and I thought I lost the whole batch to contams. A few hours of frantic searching later, and I find that it's just blue mycelium bruises.
Another way to see if it's a contam or not: Let it grow. If it really is a contam, then after a few days of growth you will be able to tell it apart from the mycelium. It's like HAL says in 2001: If you just let it break, then you'll then know what the problem is.
Oh, and temps sound good. As the PF tek says, temp around 85F and humidity around 50-70%. Beyond that, nothing much you can do except wait and dream about all the mushrooms you'll grow.

after the past few days one bag has been completely covered with a Grey looking layer of the stuff looks weird the filter patch at the top of the bag smells like bread yeast and the other bags look different they both have white spots all over them and the spots look much thicker, the Grey stuff is wispy so what should i do also i shacked the bags on Saturday and it took the Grey stuff only about 3 days to cover the grains in the bag

don't know what it was, but after looking at the facts and comparing them i think it was here are the facts i came up with,
1)one is Grey and hard to see the other is white and easy to see.
2)one took two days to cover the block of grain the other took two days to make about 4 dime sized spots.
3)one smelled rotten the other smelled like the grain in the bag.
4) one is fluffy with fine strands the other thick.
after looking at thees facts i went with toss the bag
