two software q's? kazza and sub7
    #4328900 - 06/23/05 04:33 PM (11 years, 5 months ago)

kazaa is great, it provides me with every song that i have ever looked for and the downloads are extremely fast. but the adware is fucking shit and half. with the other filesharing progs ive found theres either been too few files/users so i am unable to find some songs i am looking for or if thats not the case and i find one with all the shit im lookin for, the downloads are nowhere near as fast as with kazaa. any recommendations? convenience is enjoyable...

also, i was wondering where i can dl the latest version of the sub7 client and serverbuilder. preferably one where the client is not infected with a server, as have happened to me in the past. thank you!

Wow, you like kazza and get fast downloads with it? How fast is fast?

A few years ago when I used kazaa, I used kazza lite or something like that which had no adware.

I didnt know kazaa was still around.... I use bittorrent which I think is the most popular nowdays among internet noobs. I get speeds ranging from 50 - 200 with bittorrent.

LimeWire

it's fast, no adware, and it can tell you if a file is corrupted

buy one of those lame "you can be a hacker" cds from ebay that comes with all those of old, outdated trojans. And then get rid of kazaa.

rofl

I have to admit... I still use kazaa lite. Bahhh. I'm too lazy to use good p2p programs... I usually get frustrated with kazaa lite, then use good programs to find whatever I need. But to be honest kazaa usually finds the songs I need, but all the new bullshit faggy pop music's full of screeching. Lucky for me I don't listen to any.

For other people though, I'd never ever recommend any kazaa programs. My system's pretty snug as a bug, so I can let kazaa slide. Still, I wouldn't even recommend it. :smirk:

people who don't know shit like to trash talk sub7 as "script kiddy" stuff, probably in an effort for l33tness.  thats bullshit.
subseven is a fine and established RAT, it does what it needs, and it is still being updated FWIW,
http://www.hackpr.net/~sub7/main.shtml.
But I suppose you could use Windows Remote Desktop

Please explain to me, this "script-kiddy" concept, and how it applies to the sub7 RAT. i hear it all the time, often be retards who don't know what they are talking about...
