wacked out mixture

lets say............... i mixed in enough brown rye flour but not enough verm, made into a kind of goopy mixture, would the subtrate still colonize granted everything is sterilized?

long as it's not super goopy it might, although the goopier it is the longer the colonization time would be...mycelium likes the verm cause it's nice and airy and easy for the network to grow through...keeps growth nice and rhizo...with goop i bet you'd have slow growth (if any) that's fairly cottony and not very happy

(i'm pretty new to this all tho just so ya know)
