My cat's reaction would be.....

If you don't see anything at all growing in the jars, that is a mild positive and not a negative. You apparently don't have contamination. If you see white fuzz in one, wait on the others. What temperature do you have them in? If not the mid-80s, get them there. Ambient temperature about 83-84. There are 3 main factors that could influence it at this stage and result in what you describe - you used an old spore print, which hadn't been rehydrated - those take longer to germinate and don't germinate as aggressively - you didn't put a lot in each jar, in which case it will take a little longer to see anything - or you don't have them in warm enough temps. Get them to 83-84 and relax, you should get good results. I wouldn't chuck them.
