Growing with bags... what's next?

I was reading about growing with bags again, but I'm lacking some info. Once the bags are colonized, what do you do with them? Do you mix the contents into some dirt or something, as per the DB kits? If so, what kind of a mixture? If I was going to do this, I'd put some potting soil mixed with vermiculite or whatever into a rubbermaid container, mix the colonized bag contents into that dirt, and let it grow... But I don't know if that would work. So, if you can tell me what you do with your bags when they're colonized, I'd appreciate it.

I cut the bag open and pull the cake out of it and sometimes I slice it like a loaf of bread and then case it with 50-50+ and let it go.
Or you can mix with compost per DB's instruction or wheat straw etc... They are fun and give you alot of mycelium to work with so you can do several things depending on the size bag you want to use.
