Funky water?

alright, lets see here i am attempting the ole Tub in Tub method of incubation. Its a good idea and seems like it will work well but what about the water in between the tubs? Doesn't that get a little rank and funky after a couple weeks at 85 degrees and start making its own mold and mildew? I heard that bleach is bad to put in there, whats another way to cut out the funk from those tubs?

I read if you put some H202 in the water it can help contamination to not occur or be present in the water.. but im not sure im new here. Good Lucl though! You should read up on the perlite method, its very easy too!

yup, i am going to go with perlite with a small amount of H2O2 in there for the cake phase, i just inoculated last night sdo it may be a little bit.

bleach will not hurt anything imo. both h202 and bleach will only last for so long anyway, try changing the water frequently or when you notice some growth. good luck
