In the state of florida picking active mushrooms isnt illegal in low quatities (25 - 35). if you are going hunting here try to pick everything, that way if a cop sees you, you simply can say "hey man, im picking edibles", and dont let them take the shrooms from you, they are legal fresh, and they are yours!

well i pick them on my property.. so im not worried about it. but either way.. its not legal in florida.. yeah people have gotten away with it, but alot of people go to jail for it.

Not true. I don't feel like explaining tonight, but remind me later and I will explain.

Don't go picking mushrooms in Florida expecting to get off the hook if you get caught. Not how it works.
