Two weeks & no pins

I put some fully colonized PF cakes in my terrarium two weeks ago. I have it rigged with an air pump for fresh 02 and it runs 24/7. The temp has been 75-85 w/ 95-100% humidy, but I haven't a single pin or what looks like the beginning of a pin. I also cold shocked them before I put them in the terrarium. Anyone have any ideas why it is taking so long? I think maybe I am not getting enough C02 release in my terrarium so I started fanning it today. Think this will help? I wanted to get a way from fanning so if you think this is a problem anyone have any ideas around it. Currently I have an air pump for a 50Gallon aquarium in my 37gallon terrarium w/ two Co2 drain holes on the sides. Is this not enough to prevent me from fanning?

The C02 holes must be at the bottom.

Maybe your cakes are too dry I had to use course vermiculite in my last jars cause that was all i could find I put them in the terrerium they ony produced like 4 mushies then turned totaly blue this was only 4 mushies out of 16 jars = total weight of 3 grams I think in my case it was using course verm in the jars funny thing is it always worked fine before

I'm using the PF P. cube strain and my drain holes are at the bottom. Also I used the reservoir tek and put 10cc of water in each cake before birthing.

Yeah they probably get about 6-8 hours of light per day. I have an enclosed terrarium though and it is a plant grow light so it is supposed to have all spectra of light.

Alright check this out... So today I come home from work and of course immediatley go to my terrarium to inspect progress. I have my cakes suspended about 2 to 3" over my perlite by a 1/4" wire rack. I still see no pins forming on top or sides, but then I notice something coming up from the bottom, I have a shroom about 1-2" peeking it's head out from underneath my one cake. I start flipping over my cakes and low and behold I have a ton of pins on the bottoms of my cakes mainly around my reservoir hole? What's up with this and what do I need to do so my pins grow normal. Should I remove the rack and place the cakes right on the perlite? Are the cakes not getting enough moisture.. Like I said the humidity is 95% to 100%
