Right now I'm in the process of drying some of my harvested mushrooms (this is my first time). I picked 5 or 6 of them today and set them in the tuperware on a screen. Spots on the mushrooms have turned blueish green, most likely from me touching the stems when handling them. How is this going to effect for in the long run? Is this normal, will it damage the potency of the mushrooms? Thanks.
