when you you are tripping in the woods, lay down on the ground with your back completely flat on the ground with your eyes closed and play a "relaxation exercise" tape, the one that says stuff like "let all the stress out of your toes, now your feet, feeling them turn to liquid and melt into the floor" and so on. very incredible.
