I very much doubt there are any fungicides in the cattle feed. What is much more likely is that the cows are being fed a different grain or grain mix than they had been in the past, which might be why you are seeing grain in their poo now, cause they are digesting their food differently. This could also explain why the shrooms are gone Fungi are very basic forms of life, and even the slightest change in the soils ph or chemistry can wipe them out, and a change in the cattles diet might be enough to alter the soil make up. This goes for the salt licks as well. All that extra salt in the soil would be a disaster for any species of mushroom. There is no conspiracy against your mushrooms, they just got hit by a change in farming practices.
