GratefulJim and I had a great time at the NE gathering!
Never before have i seen such a high whip-it to person ratio.
Though apprehensive at first, i left a believer.... a believer in ellemy's husband's insane religion-- where quantum physics meets god and god re-absorbs jesus.
It was a pleasure to meet everyone in such a responsible environment.

I had an amazing fucking time this weekend! Amazing! It's hard to even let it all soak in, there's so much to absorb. I want to write up a full three-part trip report eventually but man it is hard to get my thoughts straight! It was great to put faces to the pubbers I see every day like kake and Bom and Phluck and blink...a wonderful, wonderful time.

gatherings are so awesome. it's jsut so great to put a face to the typing. really brings a new element to this entire board. some of the best and brightest people I have met are on these boards. I hope to see some of you guys in the future gatherings!

Annnnnnd I had a light saber and my friend was there and I said "you look like an indian" and he said "you look like satan" and he found a stick and a rock and he named the rock ooga booga and he named the stick Stick and we both thought that was pretty funny. We got eaten alive by mosquitos but didn't notice til the next day. I stepped on some glass while wading in the swamp and cut my foot open, didn't bother me til the next day either....yeah it was a good time, ended the night by buying some liquor for minors and drinking nips and going to he diner and eating chicken fingers, and then I went home and went to bed.
