Spore Works has great customer service. Their sending my grandma a fresh syringe of PR to replace the one she received that was from a bad batch. Keep up the good work!

yeah they replaced my PR syringe as well, excellent service, they may be 2-3 dollars more than some of the other vendors, but I trust these guys, their syringes rock and the service can't be beat.
