Preserving mushies? Will this work?

Can someone help me? At this point, I have dried the mushies for several days in an air-tight container with dessicient (damp-rid) sitting below the wire mesh. Is it best to store the mushies in a air-tight "sealed" ziplock baggy, in the refridge? This won't decrease potency? How long can mushies be stored this method and remain potency?

Once they are cracker dry, store inside a baggie and place inside a glass canning jar. Don't use plastic as the final container if you plan on keeping long term, because 02 will penetrate plastic over time.

Whole or powdered, if dried correctly and stored as mentioned, shrooms will retain potency for years as far as I'm concerned.
