Casing - when to initiate pinning

Help!

My fairy godmother has some casings, and the mycelium has just broken through the surface (in the valleys). The strain is Pueto rico and the casing is 50/50+

I believe she needs to do the following to initiate pining:

* Drop temperature
* Drop humidity
* Fan
* Introduce light.

Does she initiate pinning now, or wait until more of the casing is colonised or doesn't it matter?

Keep the humidity up around 95% until you see pins. Then drop it.
