I reckon that theres so much other material apart from the active chemical that not very much would absorb across your nasal membrane, so unless you do an extaction your gonna have to snort looooaaaaddds.

On this very site there is a method described for extracting the active ingedient. Do this and then mix it with a dry base material that is water soluble and not harsh to you. It Works well.

I live in BC and buy my shrooms from a buddy of myne! They are dope they diffently are potent it ushaly takes me 2-5Gs to get a nice trip but iv had good trips as low as 1G! This is becuz i snortz the sporrs and caps! makes the trip way better. Way more noticeable and brings it on faster! Also smokeing mush is good after eating or drinking lotz....It brings on strong short trips! You have to hold it in long tho! And dont over light it! It can destory potency if it gets to hot. Coffie shroom berw is vary sweet! i alwasys like to trip with caffine... any way im not comptly shur if snorting shrooms is a safe method but it shur gets you trippin! Sence i first snorted mush i have always done some therw snorting. Makes my trips way better as i said befor. I dont know any real knowlage to if it is safe or not but from exsperiace i say it is good! Im actuly trippin on 4G of mush right now:) I will be reading and learning from these posts now that i have discoverd them. Exspect to see me alot more around here! :0

... I was vary high when i wrote that... . I ended up getting the worse shroom hangover i have ever gotten before:( Sore throat from snorting, Stomach ake/puking, Vary bad headaches, ringing ears, throbbing head, chills and i was vary tired! I'm still not felling the best. I didn't look at how old this forum was i found it through another one and thought i would post my out look on snorting shrooms. Well vary high out look it turned out to be lol... . I probably wont be snorting shrooms again in-less i need that extra step of high when i don't have enough or something. But i think if you don't have enough just save them for next time you get some! I have only snorted the spores a few times and find them to be sticky in the nose... . But i have done the caps quite a bit. And if you do deside to do this make sure that they are completely gridded to dust! But for now i think my favorite would be shroom coffee! So next weekend i do them, probably will mainly stick to my coffee and just plan old eating them!

Why would you stick shrooms up your ass!? even tho it might have different effects from doing it other ways why would you go threw that pain? Shrooms really don't taste that horrible. I find the more potent the nastier the taste. The shrooms i usually get are on the good side of taste Well not bad but not good. If you really don't want to taste them man make tea or coffee with them. It drags out the potency and if you add flavoring you cant taste it! Try to grind it up small though so it can seep in better and bring out more of the drug that gets you high in shrooms.

Am i that stupid....Well maybe, but why would you say that!? Are you shure spores don't contain psilocin/psilocybe? Becuz I heard that the less mass the more potent it is. And besides iv only gotten spores 3 times and snorted them 2 times.

Look dude. you have to EAT shrooms. Shroom powder does NOT dissolve and would be an extremley in-efficiant method of administration. You need to DIGEST the material for it to enter your system.

psilocybin is the psilocin alkaloid with a phosphor coat. This coat allows the active to enter your blood stream without being destroyed in your stomach. You liver processes the alkaloid, strips the phosphor and releases the active Psilocin.
This is a very strict method of intoxication, and can only be circumvented by isolating the absolute PSILOCIN alkaloid, rather than psilocybin which is inert. You need the psilocybins phosphor coat to protect the EXTREMELY fragile psilocin. If it weren't for this coat, the psilocin would be destroyed on contact by any number of elements in your digestive system. So the most effective, efficient and absolutely tried and true method of releasing psilocin from psilocybin is human digestion. I would hope this puts this discussion to rest, at least to those of us not into advanced chemical refinement of these alkaloids. Any way other than eating is just a waste of time and energy.
Conclusion: Unlike many other drugs, digestion is the most important step in the process of intoxication using psilocybin mushrooms. You can't just avoid this step and expect results without a very lengthy, precise and careful isolation method.

Wow man....I completely believe every word you just typed. First one to make good sense here. I have always found eating/drinking/putting them in your stomach turns out to be the best way. But all the other way and methods people have do work and are all kinda different highs in there own way. You should find out or explain to me if you already know the science behind smoking shrooms... . lol yay for marry Jane! anal works well but getting the tea right is difficult. Too little volume and you won't have enough actives, too much and you have to shoot a stupid amount of liquid up your arse 
A more practical way round the horrible taste is 1) fry fresh in butter and garlic 2) mix powder in melted dark chocolate and set in moulds

What is the idea behind Psilocybin Extraction? Iv heard of it but never thought to research it... . If you don't want to take the time to tell me i will just look it up, no worries.
In my years of eating mush i have ever come across a crystal in them! Closest thing to that is gold flakes but i know what that is and its not what your talking about. What is it man! I agree with you....A free base pipe is always the way to go when smoking mush. I'd be much more interested in anal usage rather to nasal when it comes to mushrooms. I've plugged E before and it came on fast and hard and was strong the whole roll. Absorption rate of MDMA is much higher in the large intestines rather to the stomache, and I'd be interested to see if it's that way for psilocybin as well. Possibly get more bang for your buck?

Ahh really. Shitty deal man so what its just the dust the mushroom sprays out then it gos all around making more mushrooms? And then sometimes when someone picks a mush that is almost going to do this it gets dried and given to my dealer and releases all its spores in the proses from the drying to the getting it in his hands and i get a bag kinda of filled with spoors at the bottom of the bag and i decide to stick some up my nose cuz they look like black and potent little chucks...or is this something else to?

Could spores really germinate and then propagate mycelium in the lungs? Wouldn't the sacks in your lungs clean out whatever mycelium is being produced just like it cleans out tar left behind from smoking?

Still not to fixed on this anal thing but any way... . Every time i make tea or coffee it gos like this.
Shroomenos shroom COFFEE resapie! 
1.Any type of coffee and blackness to your liking!(More black more caffeine! I find the hypersness brings on faster happyer highs!)
2.Chopped/busted dried shrooms!Any type to your liking! (Put them on top of your black hot not boiling coffee stir around and let seep for few Min's.)
3.Add flavoring! Any type you want man! (I like putting suger, Gatorade powder-mix blueberry, Irish cream flavoring and 18% cream!
Stir in well then reheat to temp when you first put in the mush.)
4.Seeping! Now just stir and watch the potency grow and grow. The longer it stays hot for the better it will be...I some times keep them seeping over an hour! Then when drinking keep it hot. never let her cool down completely. Something bad could happen! ENJOY!!
That butter garlic/ Chocolate idea sound good! Ill have to give that a try one of these days

My favorites are weeping willows, which aren't really weeping at all. They're very wispy, witty and will dance in the breeze with you. Nothing like a tree that wants to dance with you. that said... i think this shroomenos kid is 15 yrs old and should be banned. I pointed that out after his first thread telling us how much snorting spores rocks... when he posted in great mushroom secrets revealed.

Have you ever tried nasal? Or even anal? I have done E before... .I don't like it at all! Its down right nasty all the shit that can be lased in it! Never tried MDMA... . Sound intense. I have never heard of your lungs cleaning out resin form smoking....I didn't even think resin could build up in your lungs like that! When you snort stuff it gos down your throat in to your stomach i think not your lungs!... .You know how bad that would be if we were running about with a bunch of coke stuck in your lungs!!

Amanita muscaria var. formosa is a color variant of Amanita muscaria. Amanita muscaria can be white, yellow, red, orange or even brown. All Amanita muscaria variants are characterized by white gills and stem, a white spore print, warts on the cap which easily wash or rub off, a membranous partial veil that leaves a distinct membranous mid-stem ring and remains of the universal veil seen as three small rings of tissue just at the enlarged stem base. The book Alice in Wonderland was written by Lewis Carroll after he had experimented with Amanita muscaria and the changes in size and time perception described in Alice in Wonderland are characteristic effects of the mushroom intoxication.
