brown rice flour

so, im getn all my supplies for my first grow. (this has probably been asked before, but ill ask again, caus im sexy like that.) for the mix stuff (vermiculite, brown rice flour, water), can i use brown rice instead of brown rice flour? or should i grind it up abit? (i dont hav anything to grind it with...) or should i just go out and buy some brown rice flour (ive been lookin but cant seem to find any....) :rolleyes:

Yes, you will need brown rice flour. You can grind the rice yourself with a coffee grinder or any device with similar functions.

I suggest not using brown rice period. Use finch seed, some farmers put fungicide in the flour to stop contaminations, and killing your grow.

i like brf shrooms. my most potent so far come from brf shrooms. better than grain based mycobags i did once.
