Our world; ?the fraction?!
    #4293414 - 06/13/05 09:54 PM (18 years, 8 months ago)

Our world; ?the fraction?!

Just as electrons are circling the nucleus of an atom, we in turn, circle the sun.
We cannot see an electron directly, with a human eye, and from this perspective, the human eyes perceive a fraction of our universe.

We cannot see a concept, in the same way, as we cannot se an electron, however, we can indirectly see it, as the concept of love, can be observed in the reunion of a long separated couple in love, and the electron can be seen, using a microscope.

Dreaming is the concept of concepts.

Dreaming awake and dreaming asleep, we got reason as the separation factor, and reason connects the personal dream, to the collective.
Without collective reason, in the personal dream, one can do anything, free of any laws, and governing.

In merging the personal dream, with the collective, we reason on a common ground.
This common ground, is known as ?what is normal?, the norm.
Unless one reason, as the other, one gets limited when awake, by this norm we set.

In a personal dream, being able to fly, one is the perception, as pure intent.
In the common dream, we are not able to fly, applying the perception, as we intend it, together.
We are dreaming, that we cannot fly, thus making it so, just as we could be dreaming, that we do not dream.

Plato wrote ?the metaphor of the cave?, many years ago, and we are still living it.
Imagine the prisoners chained by own limitations, as the collective dream, and the personal dream, as the people making shadows and sounds in the cave.

As we escape the chains, and move around freely, we can see the world as an outer aspect of the inner, and vice versa.

Life is an ever-continuing chain, the cell is the person, the person is the planet, and the planet is the galaxy we live in. We cannot see a though, and we cannot see the universe, but what we do see, is parts of it.

In watching a part of the universe, the inside of your eyelids, dimly enlightened by the morning sun shining through the window, we can chose how to perceive what we are looking at, and we can choose to perceive our perceiving.
As one slip in to the perception, and no longer needing a reason for perceiving it, one is asleep. One could there dream that one are dreamless, or/and one could dream of being on the moon, eating snow.

No longer awake, the normal reasoning may differ from that of your own. However, in retaining some reason, one could get lucid, in a state in-between awake, and asleep.
Asleep in a state of reason so connected to that of the norm, that one lean to the concept of being awake, as the current state of mind, and one could from any point of being, connect to the any other, as if it were the same?

I just wrote a page, so I will type no more, than this. I was just telling myself how to potentially get some sleep, and I may as well post it.

Amazing thinking Gomp. My intuition has been whispering this to me for awhile now. I have no real notion of truth here. Yet I can see very few things in my life as worthwhile as exploring these ideas.

I really think this is very wonderful. :mushroom2:

Wouldn't it be funny if one day a scientist peered into a microscope powerful enough to see the inside of a quark, and saw our own universe?
