Condensation in Jars?

A buddy called me last night from sweden and asked me this question. He inoculated his 1/2 pint jars ( EQ's) 11 days ago, turned them upside down 2 days ago for extra o2, the jars range from 1/2 to 4/5 collinized, but he said he notices water droplets on the top (bottom of jars) of the jar. Will this affect his collinization speed? or is this just normal?
