Yea it is a fast growing herb and some say it helps keep some bugs away...i don't know if it does...but some say it does...

The secret to nice and crisp potatoes is to blanche them for 10 minutes in boiling water first, drain the water from the pan, hold the lid on tight and shake the pan vigorously for a couple of seconds.

This fluffs the outside of the potatoes up so they'll get super crispy when you roast them.

Then just season them well and add to a smoking hot pan in the oven with loads of beef dripping and baste often.
