The pics aren't useful, but from your description it just sounds like mycelium. You can expect cobweb to extend more than an eighth of an inch, VERY quickly. Keep an eye on your suspect jars and you'll know soon.
A separated kernel will often harbor a different looking mycelium. If there are dozens of lines radiating from the kernel, it's almost definetly not cobweb. If it were, you'd see only a few, very thin and grey lines that would spread dramatically by tomorrow morning, leaving you no doubt.
I suspect you're ok. Cobweb's not that hard to deal with anyway. If you can afford to, fruit the jars you're sure are ok separately from the suspect ones.
i second his opinion , sounds like normal ole mycelium growthe , the web on the jar is the small amount of enriched liquid dryed on the sides of the jar , there fore the mycelium will colonized it to use all possibly nutrition available
