PLAYBOY: Ever take LSD?
GATES: My errant youth ended a long time ago.
PLAYBOY: What does that mean?
GATES: That means there were things I did under the age of 25 that I ended up not doing subsequently.
PLAYBOY: One LSD story involved you staring at a table and thinking the corner was going to plunge into your eye.
GATES: [Smiles]
PLAYBOY: Ah, a glimmer of recognition.
GATES: That was on the other side of that boundary. The young mind can deal with certain kinds of gooping around that I don't think at this age I could. I don't think you're as capable of handling lack of sleep or whatever challenges you throw at your body as you get older. However, I never missed a day of work.

I can't stand Moby.
I'm glad to know he can't appreciate LSD. It makes me sure I don't like him for some good vague reason.

I can see Steve Jobs and Bill Gates dosing. Jobs grew up around the time of the summer of love. In '69 Jobs was 13. He seems like the type of person who dosed a couple times in his life and smoked his fair share of green.

What does 0 mean?
I find it hard to believe that Mohammed did hashish, due to lack of evidence.

Most of that seems to be bullshit. I wouldn't put any faith in that list.

Isn't that the same list? And again, they have little to no evidence for the vast claims they make on these people. I've never even seen any evidence Mohammed did hashish after searching for it.

I guess "0" means no evidence..? I didnt personally make this list so I don't really know for sure but that would be my assumption. You could write erowid and ask them for more information. The only ones I would trust are people marked with a "1".

I remember hearing about David Carradine going through a phase of heavy LSD use. Sometime shortly after he did the Kung Fu series I think. I believe it, he seems like a tripper. He was great in the movie 'Roadside Prophets'.
